To give you a better understanding of our process, when a plot of land is presented to us, before presenting a formal purchase proposal, we carry out a prior study known as due diligence. In some cases, we can present an initial offer without having completed this entire study, but the negotiation will be subject to all legal, technical and commercial conditions being satisfactorily met.

We focus primarily on urban, suburban or expansion properties with the capacity to develop housing projects in the city of Montería or in municipalities in the department of Córdoba. Even though we are not always actively acquiring land, we can register your property in our land bank for future reference or for potential buyers, leaving the project in incubation until a suitable opportunity arises.
